A new addition to Krug this year and I was pleasantly surprised to see it, but I'm starting to think that Krug believes that beer begins and ends in Germany. Gotta cater to what the people want I guess, but i would have loved for them to come out with a Pale Ale or something more extravagant. Pours a nice cloudy (at least we know it's unfiltered) golden with a large 2-3 finger white head into appropriate glassware. Smell is loaded with grassy wheat notes but I also detected some sweet aromas. Taste isn't as grassy as I expected, the grassiness is rather subdued, but there is a strong bannana presence to this brew. Clean finish. Mouthfeel is creamy like all of Krug's beers (dispensed with a sprinkler?). Decent drinkability as well. This could become one of their flagships as people seem to be enjoying it.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
