On-tap @ Elm city on 3/22/07.
AP: Cloudy copper-amber with red hues and a thin, almost non-exsistant scattered head. Good carbonation.
Nose: Spicey and herbal hop with a mellow and mildly sweet scented malt.
Flavor: This one has a big spicey, zesty and peppery hop flavor that dominates the mellow and mildly sweet malted backbone and finishes with clean earthy effect.
Feel: Light body, good crisp and clean feeling bite. Nearly hefty for a light body.
DA: Not very hard to drink.
