Look: It pours light yellow and brilliantly clear. It has a white head with excellent head retention. The head has tightly packed beads and is quite fluffy.

Smell: It has lemon aromas with some juniper and pine. There are light berry notes with a bit of graininess to it.

Taste: The juniper is stronger in the taste with pine and grainy malt. The pine elements are a bit stronger as well. There are some spicy elements with a bit of pepper that is noticeable in the background.

Feel: It has a medium body with a neutral aftertaste which is spicy, but not really bitter.

Overall, I love beers that are unique and different and this definitely qualifies. It has good combinations of flavor with the juniper jumping in the front. If you do not like juniper, this beer may not be for you.

Excellent - refreshing traditional RAW farmhouse ale. The kveik, wheat and hint of juniper and hops form profile. Raw and full of proteins which gives frothy head and floaters - fear not and embrace the Raw

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7%, IBU 25. Slightly hazy and very pale straw colour, with an enormous white head that takes "forever" to settle. Fruity aroma of kveik, yellow plums and old jam, also notes of wort, a hint of juniper. Fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour is yeasty and grainy, moderate notes of old jam but not too sweet, more distinct notes of juniper. Moderately bitter finish. Won't buy again.
