I thought I would end the night with something light. The weather outside is changing to a summer's night rain. Prying the cap off, a light hiss emitted. I am pouring it into a belcher glass at 42 degrees. The pour created a frothy, creamy, dense, two-fingered white head with excellent retention. The somewhat slow dissipation left chunks of lacing on the glass. The color is pale yellow with light straw yellow hues, charting at SRM 2, and clear with carbonation bubbles. The appearance of the beer is excellent.
Nosing the glass, I smell crackers, a light biscuit, light toasted malts, a hint of bread, light malty sweetness, a floral bouquet, light bay leaves, a skosh of bubblegum, and a touch of resin.
Sipping the beer, I taste floral esters, light biscuit, crackers, lightly toasted bread crust, light malty sweetness, herbal, light phenol, bubblegum, a touch of resin, and light citrus (it is hard for me to say definitely what it is, but a cross between lemon and grapefruit),
The mouthfeel is light and carbonic, finishing dry and crisp. The body is light and has high carbonation.
Final Thought: This one is iffy for a Pale ale session. The malt bill is delightful, but the hop profile was odd. I would have liked to have the brewer push the hops more. Overall, it is an easy sipper and great for camping.

Taster flight at brewery. Pale golden pour, thin skin of white head. Light bready aroma, hint of citrus. taste is fruity, grapefruit, crackers, zesty with a nice light malt bill.
