Brewed in small batches, our Cypress Honey Lager is lightly hopped, mild and bright, and given a hint of sweetness with pure Fraser Valley honey. It’s like a refreshing blast of Cypress Mountain air.

Pours just a bit more orange than a regular lager. It's very neutral tasting, with just a hint of pleasant sweetness. The aftertaste builds a bit and may be a bit cloying. It's definitely not a honey BROWN, but it is honey.

Pours with a clear, dark amber body and a white head that has limited, semi-durability.
The aroma is lightly sweet with hints of caramel and honey.
THe flavor is mild and clean with moderate bitterness for style.

Orange colour, good head with an aggressive pour. Little nose, a little honey. Light to medium body with soft finish. OK but not memorable.
