I reviewed last years edition and this is a look at 2003's bottling.
The big difference is the dropping of the spices which were fairly
pronounced in last years. The style is Belgian-like with cherry top-notes accenting a solid hoppy midbody. I personally like the spices but this still is a great beer in all respects. Try aging a bottle for a year and you will be happy with the results as the 2002
version still tastes great.
