Light in colour, a German-style pilsner that's delicately crisp with a hint of hoppy bitterness from Tettnanger hops.

Clear pale amber-straw color. Very little head formed and it quickly dropped down to a small patch of fine bubbles. No lacing. A small flux of small bubbles rising from the bottom of the glass.
There is a slightly sweet marshmallow scent with a hint of barnyard. Swirling the glass kicked up a little more barnyard and some sulfur.
Starts with a slightly sweet light malt flavor with medium bitters. Then something vegetable shows up alongside a moderate barnyard. The aftertaste is strong bitter green vegetable with barnyard.
Turns into a thick foam quickly. Has a surprisingly thick body, probably due to the tenacious bubbles.
This is not a good representative of a German Pilsner. The flavor profile is very complicated and not very nice. The strange green vegetable flavor makes me think that the hops had spoiled. This is not the clean, crisp flavor it should be.

Clear gold with a large head. Sweet bready nose. Light mild malt body with a good crispness.

Pours crystal clear gold coloured with a mid-size heat atop. Has a metallic smell to it. The taste is plain, with notes of cereals and other grains as well as honey and white wine notes. Not bad, not great
