SIMPLY PINK TART HIBISCUS
Simply Pink is perfectly pink, we think. Simply Pink is delightful, both slight and light, in colour and aroma and flavour. Simply Pink is quite complex, having a hint of hibiscus and a handful of hops, it is a perfect blushing beauty, bearably bitter and a tad tart.
This slightly tart beer is brewed in the tradition of Steam Beers. Steam Beer uses bottom fermenting lager yeasts at ale temperatures, which results in a very distinctive flavour profile that includes both ale and lager characteristics.
Longwood Brewery will be donating a portion of the sale proceeds to Pink Boots Society Canada! Vegan friendly.
