draft pour at Tyranena.
Appearance: translucent yellow bodied beer with thick white head.
Smell: Very citrusy and lots of orange flavor in the aroma. Lightly sweet bready malts.
Taste: Lots of orange flavor and complemented by citrusy light hop bitterness. Light bready malts.
Mouthfeel: Medium body beer with moderate carbonation. Pretty clean DIPA that does not show it ABV.
Overall: Cant beleive this beer is listed as 100 IBU. It does not seem to be remotely close to that strong of a level of bitterness. I think that the oranges taste authentic in this hoppy beer. Definately better than Hop whore; hope that Blood Orange Imperial IPA makes it into the 4pack BGW series.
