12 oz. bottle, no date. Acquired as part of a mixed six pack at the local Woodman's. I've always liked Tyranena, and it's been a while since I've had a new beer from them..
Poured to Central Waters stemware.
A: Nice pour yields two fingers of pillow white froth sitting on top of a lemon-gold body. Appears adequately carb'd. Looks good.
S: Earthy, herbal, grassy, pithy. Notes of lemon zest, orange, clementine, hop dankness, pine, resin.
T: More balanced than the nose would have you think; bready, malty, dry, in a good way. It cuts the citrus / acidity. Lots of pine, resin, lemongrass.
F: Smooth, crisp, clean, bitter & dry finish. Nice carb. Good easy-drinking abv.
Overall, fairly average, but I definitely enjoyed it. Recommended.

Excellent smell and look, a little thin maybe. I'm no expert. Tastes good and easy to drink. Not a waste of money by any means.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Pours semicloudy yellow orange with a fluffy white head. Smells of citrus and earthy hops, very inviting. Tastes of sweet grain with citrus hop notes. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.
