Inspired by the American West Coast, we have brewed this fresh and crisp lager with carefully selected malts and the finest American hops. The color is amber gold: lighter than Classic, but darker than Pilsner and with a dense cream-colored head.

Copenhagen 7/1 2021. 50 cl ca from Rema 1000, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Another feature in their Albani special brand. The usual can design for the brand in a red hued, warm brown version.
Pours clear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a thin salty scent peeking in. Sweet pale malts, light caramel. A bit of metal.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
Solid if somewhat uninspiring and generic, pale lager.
