Light orange with foamy long lasting head that leaves a wall of lace - courtesy of the nitro-tap I'd guess.
Toasted malt in the nose.
Toasted malt, earthy hops, and tea-like flavors are the primary flavors.
Smooth mouthfeel, slightly chewy body, due mostly to the nitro I guess. I'd probably prefer it non-nitro myself.
A good example of the style, but I don't feel this is one of South Shore's standouts.

Copper colored with tawny foam. Maybe a bit more foam then you would expect in and English style, but this is the US, and that's the way beers get served. Looks rich.
Some malty aroma. Expected I meant smell some Kent Goldings, but no hop aroma detected.
Tastes malty up front, kind of toffee-like. The finish is dry, , the beer is not overly sweet, but rather balanced well.
Enjoyable.
