Hazy yellow. Light carbonation. Bubbly cask head.
Peppery aroma, seems nicely spiced. A nice bit of grain behind and noticeable grassy hops. Promising.
Grainy malt up front, backed up with, for the style, generous continental hops, almost keller-like. Spice kicks in fairly late with a nice dusty yeastiness.
Not sure about the method of delivery here. I like my saisons a tad more spritzy, this is pretty laid back.
