From the 12 oz bottle in a snifter. This ummm---hybrid pours a dark
ruby tinged lightly murky amber color with a decent head of white foam that
subsides to a thick ring, thin light pool, and shows some subtle lacing. Nose of
light berry notes with some serious tartness in therefrom limes. Flavors---whoa....heavy
lime, green under ripened fruit, and a lightly salted wheat cracker note that lingers long.
medium light mouth feel, low carbonation, and a bitter citrus finish.
Ever over lime a Corona? Here it is. Toss in some berry notes and your on your way.
Used to be a real fan of the original hefeweizen, this is not that nor does it have
anything in common with said nice hefewizen.

This would be a nice beach beer, if it came in a can. It's lighter than a typical hefe, not as cloudy and with no banana or clove notes. The berry and lime are very subtle. Would I buy it again? No. Would I drink it again? Yes.
