Cask. Sparkler used. Clear amber with quite a thick, creamy head.
A gentle aroma of malt and lightly spiced hops.
A beautifully balanced flavour of toffee and earthy hops. Mid bitter completion.
A cask feel. Soft and vibrant carbonation. Moderate body.
