Not really a beer form Silly, brewed for a distillery called Distillerie de Biercée based on their lemon liquor.

A: classic wheatbeer colour, almost no head, hazy, seems dusty

S: basically lemon and lime (very sweet tough) and nothing else

T: basically lemonade with a hint of hops

M: a bit thin, undercarbonated, a bit sticky

O: I will never drink this again, has very little to do with beer, might be better ice and icecold.

Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. In the aroma, well, it smells like lemonade. In the taste, sweet to tart lemonade, with small notes of wheat. A smooth and medium bodied mouthfeel, with a small sweet tart lemon in the aftertaste. Quite refreshing and a nice tartness.

Characteristic pale Witbier. Eau de Villée engine product, is almost directly perceptible to the nose and gives it a lemony style characteristic of "limoncello". However, beer used at the base, probably a white beer is flat and fast fades quickly to make room for Water Villée panel that offers incredible citrus limes, oranges) and an alcoholic strength surprising . However, the mixture is far from homogeneous, and the chief merit of this beer is essentially the intrinsic qualities of what is called the "Spirit of Belgium". Apart from that, the drink is just a classic blend (limit half / half) between Eau de Villée and a simple Witbier.

Brewed by Silly brewery for "Distillerie de Biercée" at Ragnies.
