Served on tap in a snifter
Appearance - Clear golden with a one finger head. The head fades slowly leaves good foam as it receded.
Smell - The aroma is of sweet bubblegum and apricot and peach. Other aromas of clove and yeast are there as well. Along with these, comes some orange and pepper smells as well. Overall inviting.
Taste - Taste follows nose, with sweet bubblegum and banana and a cracker malt. Other flavors of yeast and clove and some coriander and pepper are there as well. For 10.5 % abv. Alcohol is hidden, leaving a sweet and crisp taste on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - Crisp with a moderate carbonation level. Great for the style and tastes, making it a dangerous 10.5 % drinker.
Overall - A very flavorful, slightly sweet Belgium. Would certainly do again.
