Great beer, a style I'm new to.
I love saisons and I love the slightly bitter, roasted influence of dark malt...
A great collaboration of style and ingredients that isn't gimmicky or overdone.
Great drink.

On tap at the brewery in Asheville.
Black body with an excellent beige head.
Complex floral aroma with more dark malts coming out in the flavor, but it is still quite floral. Mild-moderate bitterness for style. Medium body with low carbonation.
Overall: unusual style.
