Half finger head on a cloudy golden with orange hues body. Aroma of tropical fruit, Belgian yeast, candy sugar and bubble gum. Flavor is excellent having very good belgian character with tropical fruit, club soda, clove, yeast, light malts, wheat and herbal hops. Light to medium body and moderate carbonation. Not dry enough though for the style. Very nice Saison, sort of the quintessential beer for the style. If available it should be tried. Enjoyed at the brewery.
