It rather tastes like blueberry poptarts to me. Nice golden hue with not a lot of suds. Clean and crisp, if somewhat on the watery side. Nothing really great, but even so I like it because it's something different from what I usually drink. A good bet for the summer months.

Bottle from Albertsons. Hazy golden pour with thick foamy head. Smells like a wheat ale, fruit far in the background. Taste brings the fruit forward, but still fairly mild, with lots of the wheat base coming through. Gentle fruity finish.

On tap at Marin Brewing Company in Larkspur, CA.

Pours a hazy light yellow with a foamy bone head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of blueberry pancake, blueberry juice, and blueberry candy aromas. Taste is much the same with blueberry pancake and blueberry muffin flavors on the finish. There is a very mild amount of bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with aromas and flavors that are very much like blueberry baked goods.

Serving type: on tap.
