At the source. Served in a pint glass. Slightly hazy light yellow, minor white head, minor lacing.
Aroma is yeasty with nice spice and floral notes. Spices were difficult to identify, possibly coriander and sage - regardless, it was rather nice.
Taste is slightly sweet and dominated by the pleasant yeast backed by a perfectly balanced hop flavor finish. Nearly zero bitter, zero dry, the aftertaste evaporates quickly from the tongue.
A welcome brew on a hot summer day, crisp and refreshing.
cheers
