This version is 4.5% abv.

Mild haze to a light gold color. Moderate head which leaves a couple of wide streaks.

Jammy raspberry aroma. In a word, sweet.

This beer seems watery with a lower carbonation level. The taste starts bland and ends with an artificial raspberry flavoring, a bit like a blend with Hi-C. No lasting aftertaste.

By itself, not all that great. Combined with Brutopia's Chocolate Stout, it was quite tasty.

I had this at the brewpub and was curious how this would taste. I know it is very hard to get a real raspberry flavor to a beer.

Color was just golden with a small head and sufficient carbonation.
Smell was a nice raspberry with some malty notes. Maybe a little artificial, but at least it smells nice.
Taste was raspberry off course and a mild malt taste. Some bitterness, like a lager. Nothing really to balance the artificial raspberry taste. It seemed to me like raspberry flavored lemonade syrup was added to their blonde. This was a bit of a disappointment and has not much to do with beer.

Compared to their wonderful IPA this beer just fell short. This raspberry flavored pilsener had a small head to it and a nice golden colour. The aromas were of a nice pilsener mixed with some raspberry juice. The taste: more of the same. The mouthfeel was quite thin on this beer and the drinkability was only about average.
Not a bad beer, but they can do much better.
Cheers!
