Tried on tap at the brewhouse on a recent trip.
Pours a reddish brown colour, slightly coppery, with a filmy ring around the edge. Lacing is OK. No bad.
Some grain on the nose with a slight sour character. Almost a bit of vinous oak, but that's being generous. Overall, not bad.
Taste is a bit more generic. Slight sourness, grainy sweetness with a hint of dark roasted character at the back. Mouthfeel is sharp; not too shabby all round.
Not bad all up. not terrible, and it has some character. pretty generic compared to a lot of beer, but this is alright - and a reasonable beer in the company it keeps.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
