Cellared 4.5 years. Murky orange pour, white collar, sporadic dots of lacing. Aromas of flowers, barnyard and cheesecloth funk, lemon, and yeast. Taste is led by the big barnyard and horse blanket funk with acidic lemon, lambic yeast, musty grape in a vague way, and flowers. Slightly acidic, but the funk still runs this, lighter bodied, but never thin, starts wet but dries out a ton

375 ml corked & caged green bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.5%. Slightly hazy golden to orange colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of brettanomyces / farmhouse, lemons, rustic kitchen and oak. Very sour flavour, nearly too sour for me, notes of brettanomyces, lemons, lactic acid, white wine vinegar and oak.

Bright gold, racing carb trails, fluffy soufflé head, great lasting retention.
Aromas of dusty oak and eucalyptus, dried lemon peel, mildly vinous.
Taste is balanced with mild acidity, oak, lemon, red grapes, light brie rind funk. Smooth texture, easy drinking. Overall it’s an interesting showcase of the large demi-muids barrels.

A 375ml corked and caged bottle with a best before date of 10th November 2041. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen gueuze glass.
Appearance: A lightly hazy golden orange colour, with a one finger white head that had pretty good retention, while leaving some nice curtain like lacing.
Aroma: Grapefruit, orange peel, lemon juice, green apple, cucumber, hay, wood, funk. At times it seemed like there was stone fruit and leather.
Taste: Crisp green apple, lemon, oak, funk, with notes of melon and leather.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate prickly carbonation.
Overall: A very enjoyable gueuze that drank easy with great aroma and flavours.

Golden color, slightly hazy. White head, medium bubble, medium size, not persistent. Leaves no decorations.
Immediately after opening the bottle, an intense, fruity, sour, wild aroma spreads. Rural, wild, funk notes dominate, followed by fruity and sour accents. As the temperature of the liquid increases, aromas characteristic of the countryside, "natural", wild, are emphasized.
The taste pleasantly sour (fruity) countered with stone fruit, somewhat similar to wet wood bitterness.
High saturation. Rough texture. Medium body up, the liquid seems full-bodied. Long aftertaste, initially sour with a long, lingering, maybe not very high bitterness.
