This ESB is specially brewed for the Coppertop Pub at The Olde Mill Inn in New Jersey. I had it on draught. It pours an amber-bronze color with an ecru-colored head and extensive, attractive lacing that persisted throughout the pour. It smelled of bready malt and honey. The taste is slightly sour and features biscuit, nuts, and a hint of honey at the finish. It is smooth and very easy to drink with an ABV of 5.2%. Overall, it is a really pleasant bitter; perfect for pub-drinking.
