Snagged from a competition
A - Pours a clear golden with 2 fingers of head, and dissipates fast. The carbonation is clearly lacking in this bottle.
S - Honey, orange zest, and clove.
T - Honey, cinnamon, apples, little orange zest, Belgian candi Sugars and slightly phenolic.
M - Moderate mouthfeel and malt dominated. Still slightly sweet as the beer may not have fully attenuated.
D - Could improve as it may not have fully attenuated and definitely undercarbonated.
