On tap into a nonic
A - Beer pours a clear bright golden amber color with moderate carbonation visible that is rising moderately quickly towards the surface of the beer. Head is white in color and frothy in appearance. Head dissipates to a very thin lacing rather quickly with only a minuscule amount of lacing being retained. 3.5/5
S - Very light aroma of light cereal malt and a little bit of caramel sweetness. Hops are grassy, as well as a tad bit floral. Aroma is somewhat subdued. 3.5/5
T - The taste is very much like the aroma in that the notes are in the same order and that it is somewhat subdued. Light cereal malt along with a bit of caramel sweetness make up the initial part of the tasting. This transitions to a grassy hop profile with a light bitterness that lingers slightly upon swallowing. 3.25/5
M - Light to light-medium bodied beer that has a decent carbonation burn throughout and cleanses the palate. Not very drying, this beer comes across as more creamy than anything. Does not linger on the palate for very long at all. 3.5/5
O - A bit more sweet flavored than expected based on the aroma. Flavor notes are more subtle hints than anything. Good balance between sweet and bitter makes for an enjoyable drinking experience with food. 3.5/5
