Bar Volo 25th Anniversary event. Brewed by Rudy of Buffalo's Community Beer Works. A saison with a substantive amount of gose. Getting both, the spicy saison, and the gose. I liked it, and would have this again by itself. Cloudy body, with some head and lace. Not for everyone, but I appreciated the good execution of something unique.
