On tap at Volo. Peachy coloued body with minimal bubbles as a head. Spicy and somewhat funky aroma. Smooth drinking, fruity, no barrelling taste evident, or bourbon. In the farmhouse style and still unique.Slightly sour. I liked it better than the regular animal farm.

This is a saison fermented in red wine barrels. Part of Volo's "Animal Farm" series of beers.
Beer is caramel/orange coloured. Almost zero head, just a bit of white.
Smell contains tart fruit, what I believe to be brett, and a bit of a barnyard scent. A bit faint but nice.
Taste is tart, fruity (peach, apple, apricot) and some oak is present. I believe the sourness comes from brett. A bit funky. Good.
Light bodied, moderate carbonation. A bit tingly but good.
Overall, very enjoyable. A success.
