On tap at Volo. Rich yellow coloured body with minimal head. Slightly funky, more farmhouse and fresh aroma. Decent drinking, slightly sour consistent with the style, and backed up by malt. Decent, try the barrel aged version, Snowball for smoother and bolder flavour.

Part of Volo's "Animal Farm" series of beers.
Beer is cloudy golden, with a minimal amount of frothy white head on top.
Smell is very floral. Some yeast as well, and some dry, light fruit. Almost smells like perfume. Has to warm a bit before the scent comes out but it is very nice when it does.
Taste has yeast, some funk, spice (white pepper, clove). A bit bready. Dry finish.
Light bodied, low to moderate carbonation. A bit thin.
Overall, pretty good. Enjoyable and a particularly nice scent but not a stand out beer.
