A tap pour from Falling Rock during GABF week. Bright, semi clouded straw color. Served in a small snifter, which seemed to make the head a bit bigger, and this is good.
Bready. Aroma is bread with a variety of spices mixed in, yet not all that strong. Malt backbone to be sure as the sweetness is sticky.
First taste is the sweet bread followed closely with banana and clove. A hard beer not to like. Easy easy drinking at 5% abv. No flavor is huge, just soft and delicate. A good spin of hops in the back cleans out the breadiness a bit. This is very nice.

Pours a glowing straw color with a thin white head. Nose has bready malts, citrus fruits and spicy yeasts. The taste seemed a bit on the light side, but quite refreshing. Thin body has a crisp carbonation. Decent Saison from Black Fox. Makes a great session beer.
