Pours a hazy, bright yellow with a huge creamy white head of foam that sticks around forever and leaves awesome walls of lace.
The aroma is clove forward with a nutty dominance from the fresh grain. Esters of banana follow in the back with a floral note at the end. A little twangy funk lingers.
The flavors follow the nose with nutty based, light bread and cloves, black pepper in the front with banana esters hinting in the back. Interesting balance. Some citrus tang and funk trhoughout. Slightly hoppy in the finish for the style.
Rich, light bodied, creamy and smooth.
Overall, a little too hoppy for a saison, but not too bad. Light, refreshing and goes down easy. Different and interesting.

On tap at the Rackhouse Pub (they always have new shit on tap). Bright hazy yellow orange with a huge and very persistent head. Smells odd (hotdogs?) but yeasty, good. The flavor at first was like biting into a dry fruit loop but then moved on to a pepper and wheat melange. I liked it.
