Aged in oak barrels for a year and dry hopped. I was expecting more of a yeasty flavor in a saison but the fruity overtones are very nice. It is crisp and light. Not much head at all. Smooth mouthfeel, not very carbonated. Honey colored, it looks good in a tulip glass, but could use some stronger aroma.
