Appearance: clear orange / copper in color with a short 1/2" head which breaks apart quickly. Spotty lace sticks to the glass.
Smell: peaches and bourbon is easy to detect and very pleasurable on the nose.
Taste: nice malt base here with peaches, vanilla, hints of bourbon, some mild sourness, with some light bitterness. Alcohol is barely noticeable.
Mouthfeel: lightly crisp throughout. Aftertaste is long as flavors stick to the tongue for a while. Medium bodied beer.
Drinkability: a very interesting brown ale that crosses a flanders style with peaches. One is good, but I could not see making this a session ale. Give it a try for something different.

Menu says this is a brown ale, but it pours a lighter reddish brown than the regular brown ale. No head to speak of.
Smells of bourbon, peaches, oak, hints of dark chocolate and little to no hop aroma.
The bourbon oak barrel flavor hits first, followed by strong peach. Sour is probably the wrong word to describe this, tart is probably more accurate as peaches are tart, not sour. The chocolatey malts help balance the tart sweetness. Hops become a bit player.
Full-bodied. The bartender was saying that the pectin in the peaches caused the beer to turn to jelly when it was first brewed. Some of the pectin is still present giving it a thick, but soft mouthfeel. Low carbonation.
Decent ABV and good flavor profile make this pretty drinkable.
A very interesting beer. It may be good without the bourbon barrel aging to make a great hot weather beer. Thoroughly enjoyed this beer.
