This lovely brew pours a straw yellow in color with an eggshell white foam cap. Bright lemon zest aroma with undertones of lime, yellow plumb and Farmhouse character. This one off brew has a mild hop bitterness with a finish of tart lemonade and biscuit.
Enjoy on hot August afternoons alongside soft cheeses and citrus salads!

Well, I gotta say coming out of the gate this is one pretty good beer. Well done.
Moderate head settles to a full film, gives up lots of lace. Clear lemony yellow with lots of bubbly carbonation action. Great nose full of citra hops, lemony citrus and pine. Very appetizing. Tasty the same way, citrus pith and pine, a touch of resin. Nicely balanced off by sweet malt. Finishes hoppy bitter, some dryness, and piney resin. A good job of balancing off one against the next. Well put together, smooth drinking. Not as sharp or spritzy as you might expect given all the bubbles.
If I was looking to introduce someone to something that was hop-forward without being stupid about it, this would be one of my candidate brews. Well made with lots on character, interesting and tasty.
