Lightly hazy blonde, one finger of white head, good retention and lots of lace here. Smell is yeasty and spicy, malty bread like aromas, a fair bit of hops in here as well, quite clean actually. Taste is a big dose of belgian yeast and malts, can certainly see how this would be compared to bread, a bit of corn, spice as well as a light sweetness though it finishes quite dry. Light carbonation, light-med body. Quite nice, I believe the ABV was 4.5 and was more of a belgian pale than a saison but this was good and something that could be an all day beer.

On tap collaboration at Bar Volo. Pours medium yellow with disapearing head, bit of lace. Mild peppery nose. Active carbonation. Lighter mouthfeel, which is fine and more Summery, good drinkability. Pepper and mild nondescript spices including cardomon, subtle orange and mango fruitiness.
