A pale Belgian-style wheat bier brewed with sweet and Curacao orange peel and coriander seed. Sour-mashed to be the perfect refresher!

Poured off the tap a cloudy golden color with very little head of white foam. Sadly, poor retention and poor retention. Nice aromas of wheat, wildflowers and citrus. The taste had similar character with citric sweetness up front, followed by wheat and a grainy yeast. Coriander underneath and at the end when the bitter hops finally shows up to 'cut'. Crisp and clean finish. Light to medium body and highly carbonated. Unique for the style and a very summery, drinkable brew. Hopefully it will show up every summer (maybe to replace their boring Baseball beer?).

"A light spicy Belgian Style white/wheat ale brewed with coriander and two types of orange peel added at the end of the boil."
Served in a pint glass.
Pours a cloudy honey color with a 1/2 finger white head that dissipates quickly leaving very light lacing. Aromas of fresh orange, flowers, wheat and coriander. Up front flavors of lemon and wheat, then sweet orange and yeast yielding to a bitter orange rind with a grapefruit and coriander finish, no aftertaste. Highly carbonated, light bodied, this is a clean refreshing highly drinkable beer. This is more hoppy than the usual witbier.

Yellow straw colored brew. Nice clean white head. It did not last too long. Minor lacing of the glass. Smells fruity and yeasty. Like pre made pancake batter. Mild buttery tones. Tastes refreshingly light and smooth. Clean finish. Well rounded flavors from start to finish. Has strong yeastness flavoring with a light hop bite citrusy with a hint of bannana or something else. Tangy fruitness. Nice mouth feel enjoyable on a hot summer day on the outside patio at the VPB. Very drinkable and a nice offering.
