Pours a deep amber color with a thin one-finger head.

Aroma is sweet with a strong hint of grain/biscuit in the nose.

Taste is light and a bit sweet with the taste of grain and biscuit upfront. Not quite sure how to describe it but it is very nice.

Mouthfeel is full of lingering grain, biscuit and even a bit of caramel. Very smooth.

Not bad for the style. Light and drinkable. Good amount of flavor for the price.

Notes from the back of my coaster from a couple days ago:

"Golden Munich Helles brewed in the Alt style. Caramelized in the kettle, lightly dry-hopped with spicy, lemony Tettnang hops. Malty and refreshing."

Served in a pint. Medium brown w/ orange hues. Thin white head w/ some lacing. Fairly closed nose. Palate is medium-light. Thin malt flavors upfront, lemony essence, pale caramel, light toast. Body is a little too watery. Not crisp as advertised.

Not a great example of an Alt, but not terrible either. Needs more texture (crisp edge).

Poured off the tap a light amber/orange color with a nice cream colored head. Not much head and it faded quickly. Broken lacing but nothing to write home about. Nose was slightly citric, sour cherry (lambic-like) and some subtle hops. Tart and spring-like. Flavors were slightly bitter and sour, lemon, floral hops, toasted malts underneath and a kiss of caramelized sweetness. Medium body and a nice mouthfeel. Smooth, balanced and solid. True to the style and worthy.

"An old German style light amber ale. Brewed with Munich Malt and Tettanger hops."
Served in a pint glass.

Pours a crystal clear medium amber with a 1/2 finger white head that dissipates quickly leaving light lacing. Aromas of carmelized malt, lemon, sour cherry, and floral hops. Toasted malt and lemon/tea like hops are the dominant flavors that take turns as the lead, there is also a little chocolate as it warms up. Light carbonation, medium body, this beer leaves a chalky mouthfeel. Very well balanced and drinkable.
