this beer was listed as a hefe made with transylvainian and lebanese caucaus rose water. the look in the glass was a typical hefe, very hard to tell apart from their other one. but upon smelling, the scent of rosewater is very present. i really dig rosewater, the little indian rosewater dessert donut things are my favorite part of indian meals. so i didn't think this beer would be a bad choice. the question is could the rose water remain subtle enough without being horrible. the taste was awesome. very smooth, subtle rose water flavor, almost a sweetness. very smooth and refreshing. the taste seemed to build on my palate, so i don't know how many of these i could have. but for someone not usually attracted to fruity or flavored beers this rose water infused hefe was awesome. favorite beer of the visit tied with their stab at a flanders red.
