Saw this on tap and recalling my experiences with sorachi ace hops, decided to check it out.
It pours a nice mild amber color with a decent head into my glass.
The aroma has sweet malt with lemon essence from the hops. Very mild with just the right amount of everything.
The taste has a hint of lemon with buttery malt. There's also some grassiness from the hops as well.
Mouthfeel is very dry and crisp.
It's an enjoyable take on a pale ale. You will like it if you enjoy the tastes imparted by sorachi ace hops.
