Pours a pale gold color with a thin head into my glass. Very nice and simple.
Aroma is accentuated by grassy cascade hops followed by buttery malt.
Cascade hops greet the mouthfeel with just the right amount of bitterness, followed by buttery organic barley malt. Again, elegant in it's simplicity.
Mouthfeel has lingering buttery malt with nary a hint of hops. Again, very balanced, almost creamy.
If the aim is to clone snpa, I don't feel it here. What I do feel is an excellent example of the style. Perhaps could use a bit more cascades but you'll still enjoy it.
