On tap poured into a 5oz snifter. First beer from Pete McCarthy!
Pours a very clear amber color with a one finger head that almost has a red tint to it. Nose is really hoppy and bitter, fresh and a light maltiness.
Taste is super dry with a quick sharp and slightly bitter finish. There's a sweet light fruitiness and a bit of astringency. Overall I think its pretty tasty.
