Fritzen = Frederick the Great of Prussia
Kartoffelbier = german for Potatobeer...
A: Clear golden color. A medium tall, crystal white head sinks into decent lacings.
S: It actually smells a bit like a potato-cellar - musky and dark. Sweetness to the malt. Bitter hops. But rather mild and uninspiring.
T: Like Adjunct Lager and the boiling-water from potatoes mixed together. Corn and potatoes. Butter and bitter hops.
M: Aftertaste is creamy and rather short. Body is light and carbonation rather rich.
O: This one is quite poor.

White gold champagne fizz body with loose white head. A touch of honey and maybe some oxidation on the nose.
Honey on white bread with noble spice hops.
Boiled celery end and starchy, bitter linger. Crisp, fizzy, round.
"Potato juice" is last in the list of ingredients.
Thin beer with a nasty finish. Not even a good lager without the spuds. Gimmicky; don't bother.
