Clear and copper colored body topped by clinging foam. Nose is a mix of lemony citrus, pineapple and stonefruit with some leafy, earthy undertones. The earthier flavors are more prominent on the palate, a bit tea-like. It's fruity and tropical up front, but the finish is strongly earthy with a bit of grainy malt that only amplifies that quality. I really like this hop on the nose, but the flavor, particularly the finish and bitterness leave something to be desired. Still a fairly nice beer, but not one of the better versions of Hop 2 It.
