On tap at O'Briens
This beer is a pale yellow orange. Nice soft white head. Brilliantly clear. Great hop aroma. Citrusy and a little musty. Fresh hop bite and succulent hop flavor. Modest grapefruit rind and floral notes. Huge malt presence -- toasty and grainy. It borders on being too much, and every other gulp becomes a bit sharp and harsh.
Overall: delicious hoppiness, grainy malt is a bit overdone and can be sharp. I think this should be in the APA category for it's nice balance of hops and malt.
