Appearance: Super hazy yellow and straw colored. Beautiful lacing and head. Head is bone white with great retention.
Nose: A wonderfully subtle nose. Lemon, lime and white crackers. Faint chardonnay touch of apples and peaches at the finish.
Taste: Very crisp and bright. Brett takes center stage, which fades into a wonderful mix of white oak, citrus. Finish is quite dry. The combination of oak and brett works well here.
