Appearance: Pours a relatively clear cider color with a one finger head that drops to a blanket; squiggly lacing
Smell: Funky, tart, vinous and oaky with dark currant and blackberry aromatics
Taste: Tart berry and red wine grape flavors forward with funk and oak flavors building; after the swallow, the sour aspect builds to another level
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; puckery
Overall: At lot of contrasting flavor and aromatics here that coalesce nicely
