Appearance: Pours a somewhat hazy golden color capped by a fading finger of foam; dripping strands of lacing
Smell: Vinous and funky, with lemon pith, oak and mineral tones
Taste: White wine grape and lemony citrus forward with a tart profile and slightly sweet undertones; impressive funk; tart throughout with oak and mineral tones in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; puckery
