Using Temptation & Petite Robert as the base beer we added freshly pressed Cabernet Sauvignon grape pomace to the beer.

Appearance: Pours a clear grape juice color with a quickly fading mauve head; speckles and strands of lacing
Smell: Cabernet Sauvignon grape must with funky oak aromatics
Taste: Cabernet Sauvignon flavors forward with a turn to the tart side in the mid-palate; very oaky with some funk in the finish; tart aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation; moderate pucker
Overall: Interesting crossover between a hearty red wine and a beer; impressive and creative
