Natalie is a blend of two farmhouse ales: one bright, young, and sour, the other mellow, funky, and aged in a Chardonnay barrel for 15 months. The blend was then dryhopped with Citra, Mosaic, whole chamomile flowers, and lemon peel.
Natalie is how we always imagine a farmhouse ale to be: it is dry, tart, and simply refreshing, but it is also a complex beer the rewards a careful palate. Beautiful, delicate, and drinkable, Natalie is something to be savored.
Ingredients: American 2-row barley, raw wheat, Citra and Mosaic hops, chamomile flowers, lemon, our farmhouse yeast blend and sour culture.
